Breathwork Therapy is a safe and simple breathing technique that allows you the opportunity to observe, identify and heal from past patterns, trauma, thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you. Using the breath to resolve and let go of the past, you free yourself for your full authentic potential now, and for the future.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork, and more specifically, Breathwork Therapy, are proven techniques that can assist people in releasing unwanted thoughts, patterns and behaviours that may be preventing them from living a happy life.
There are many breathing techniques that come under the broad definition of Breathwork. The majority of these would be classed more as breathing exercises that are usually used as helpful coping mechanisms that can be practised on a day-to-day basis, with or without a qualified Facilitator, for ongoing stress management and wellbeing.
Breathwork Therapy is used to work at a much deeper, profound and evolutionary level, and is not something to be normally used on a daily basis. Breathwork Therapy is a client-driven process where YOU are in control of your process and progress. and requires guidance by your accredited and qualified practitioner until you have sufficient knowledge, experience and training to be able to work with the process independently.
